Virtual Events

You can pick up your items at the same packet pick-up for in-person participants.

Alternatively, virtual participants have the option to have their shirt and medal mailed to them ($12). For those choosing the shipping option, please note that they will not be shipped until AFTER the event, with an expected delivery by Tues, 12/8.

If having your shirt & medal mailed, they will be sent out after the event. Expect to receive your items by Tues, 12/8.

You can run/walk your event any time between 8a on Thanksgiving Day through 8p on Sunday. 

No - you can run on any route you would like that matches your distance.

There is no event-specific app to download this year. You can use your standard running GPS app (see list here) to note your distance and time, or just use a watch on a known course. You will manually upload your results after your run to our registration platform.

2. Click the Submit My Results tab (which will not appear until race week)

You can add a photo at your Registrant Portal. See "How do I find my registration details" to access your Registrant Portal.

That's OK. We know that might happen. You will still receive your shirt and medal, but you won't be included in the results.

We are offering the opportunity to upload a file, but you do not have to do this. You can just time yourself and input the time into our form. This is based on this honor system. There are no awards for the Virtual events.

We would love to see pictures! You can upload them at the same time you input your time.
