Finding Race-Day Parking
Zoom in on the “P” icons on the map below to find
City of Troy parking garages and lots that remain accessible from outside
the racecourse. You will be able to arrive at or leave these locations at
any time. On-street parking is also available in many areas, but the
racecourse and roads immediately adjacent to it will be closed during the
event.

Broadway & Fifth Avenue
Parking facility located approximately one block east of the start line.
State & Front Streets
Parking facility located approximately three to four blocks west of the start line.
Thanksgiving Morning Street Closures
Plan Ahead
Street closures and traffic detours will be in effect throughout Downtown
Troy between approximately 7:00 AM and noon.

River Street will be closed from First Street on the south end to
112th Street on the north end. Portions will reopen at 9:30 AM, with
the remaining closures reopening by noon. - Streets in the immediate area surrounding Monument Square will be closed.

The Green Island Bridge will close to traffic beginning at 7:45 AM
Thanksgiving morning. -
Parking is free in Downtown Troy’s parking garages and
City-owned surface lots.
