male10k

The 10K run is the first event of the day at 8:00 a.m. It will again be the “traditional“ out and back course configuration turning at 111th Street in Lansingburgh with a short out and back over the Green Island Bridge at the start of the 10K. We will have a virtual 10k event as well for those who prefer to run on their own schedule (and course) during our running window.

Bag Check
The Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York will have a bag check at their large box truck, which will be located at Broadway and 3rd. Bring your own bag to drop. Volunteers will take note of your bib #, attach it to your bag, and you can claim it after the event. Please bring non-glass food items to donate while you are at it!

Virtual 10k

The Virtual 10k is a self-timed run that you track during our virtual running window of 8a on Thanksgiving Day through 8p on Sunday. Record your 10k time on a course of your own choosing, and then upload your results into our registration platform. There is an add-on fee to mail your packet. Learn more
